yeah selection for NIT depends on the  Ranking you get below 5000 in terms of OBC category while saying you on marks is difficult as jee gives result with rank . on the other hand as per my knowledge you should have 300 plus score

For SC students if they score more than 125 marks then they have chances to get CSE branch.

But cutoff is different for home state students.
