First of all, you have to decide that you want to go for the institute or you want to go for the stream. If you want to study in IIT then you should go for CSE in that case your preference should be Bhubaneswar>Kottawayam>Sri city

If you want to go for stream then your preference should be ECE at NIT PATNA.

Candidates who have reported and joined in the institute allotted in JoSAA counselling are not eligible to participate in CSAB counselling. To participate in CSAB counselling your must have not allotted seat till special round or shouldn't have reported in the allotted college or withdrew the seat allotted in JoSAA counselling. If you have already taken admission in the institute allotted in JoSAA counselling you cannot apply for CSAB counselling. If you withdrew the seat in JoSAA counselling to participate in CSAB counselling then the seat will be cancelled automatically. If you are interested in electronics then my opinion is that you should choose ece branch (ece nit Srinagar) Because nowadays the scope in ece is increasing.

Also Civil branch is a good one (civil nit Agartala) If you don't mind for living other city for 4 years.

These are just suggestions, if you are interested in the rest of your preferences, you can also consider it.

It is very difficult to predict the actual jee mains rank from your percentile as it varies on several parameters like number of students appeared for exam How many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates appeared, how tough the paper was.

Based on previous few years cutoff your rank should be around 112530 to 126500

Analyzing NIT agartala cutoff of the 6th round for ECE it is around 113082. So i believe you have decent chances. To be honest you have decent chances in all the branches except for the CSE branch as it closing rank is 63805.
