As per the previous year data if your score is above 150 then the chances of getting rank below 10,000 is very high but as you know the cut off depends upon the number of seats available, difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination.
For otherstate or homestate for only oc category crl is considered,for other categories like obc,ews,sc,st category ranks are considered for giving the admission into nits.
