Comparing the colleges 1st is NIT CALICUT followed by NIT ROURKELA and then NIT DURGAPUR. As main objective is having a good college so I would say better of the three is EEE in NIT CALICUT

No your marks are very low and these NITs are among top NITs of india. It is difficult to geg any NIT at this rank. Still try for eastern nits or iiiits else consider for a drop.
