Hello Chaitanya, with 4500 rank and if you still havent got any seat through 1st round CSAB counselling, you might not get into NIT delhi, trichy. However you can still stay hopefull for other NITs like NIT jalandhar, NIT agartala, NIT silchar, NIT srinagar,etc.

Obviously,NIT Delhi is better from UIET CHANDIGARG from some respect.Placement cell of NIT DELHI is nice,you will get good platform for placement due to it's TAG.And also all faculties are mastered in their field.Laboratories is well equipped.You shouldn't hesitate while choosing between two..Go with NIT DELHI..

Last year NiT Delhi CSE closing rank in CSAB Special round 2 was 18569. So there is good chance of you getting CSE NIT Delhi. You should apply for it.

I'll suggest you to go there by using Ola or Uber as it's quite difficult to get a bus from there on time. You can also take Auto -rickshaw to reach Kamla Nehru college.
