Hi ! First you can easily get nit Delhi ECE through your sc category rank. Now if you ask which nit is better for you i would say nit harimpur, nit Delhi, nit Durgapur, and nit kurukshetra and Allahabad. These are not based on ECE liking college list. So hope

Iam sorry to say this but with this rank it is not possible for you to get into any of the NLU's,as the cutoff's for the NLU's are really very high.

Your rank is too high to get these NIT's according to previous year JOSAA opening and closing ranks.You will get some lower NIT's like NIT AGARTALA,NIT MANIPUR etc.

As per your rank and based on the previous year cutoff, your chances seem to less to get admission in NIT Delhi. You can get a seat in other colleges through JoSAA Counseling.
