Considering your rank in general category and considering the fact that you belong to general category  since you have girls reservations I think there are chances of getting at least any branch. Its difficult to point out which branch you will get exactly because that depends on number of student applying for counselling and changes in number of seat as Compared to previous year. Also there is likely chance of getting any NITs because it also depends on  from which state you belong, because every candidates has 85 percent reserved seat in home state and 15 percent reserved seat in other state. But one thing i can say as per I have seen past trends of counselling that you will get at least any NITs.

The cutoff of NSUT Delhi and NIT Hamirpur is based on rank on your jee main. If you belong from general category and outside Delhi region then your rank should be under 1800 and if you belong from Delhi region your rank should be under 4400 for NSUT.For NIT Hamirpur your rank should be under 10k if you belong from other state and under 25k if home state. If belonging to general category you need to score around 99.8 percentile for CSE at IIIT Hyderabad,around 99.7percentile for CSE at DTU,around 99.5percentile for CSE at NSUT Delhi,and around 99.2percentile for CSE at NIT Hamirpur.

These are just tentative figures and may differ.

Though there is no accurate answer to this question as the cutoff changes every year. However, the closing rank for NIT Hamirpur was in the range of 50000-70000 in the year 2019. Due to the pandemic, there is a chance that fewer students show up for the exam this year. In that case, the cutoff will definitely drop. But nothing can be said for sure.
