NIT Jamshedpur. As per I know tata steel and tata metals take a lot of students from NIT Jamshedpur but this is just from placement point of view

I have got 56000 rank in jee mains and 14000 category rank in obc, jharkhand. Posaibility nit jam or bit mesra for civil or eee.

You can not apply for NITs as you are not fulfilling minimum eligibility criteria i.e 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile. 

You have less chances in BIT Mesra.

You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
