National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra
Dear Aspirant,
As you have not mentioned the Category in which you obtained PWD rank for ex. It is Gen-PWD or OBC-PWD etc..? So I'm considering as GEN-PWD. Now you haven't mentioned your home state. So if Nit Kurukshetra is in your Home state then you have chances of getting CSE branch only in special rounds of CSAB councelling or in last rounds of Josaa councelling but if you are from other state then the chances are very low. Also if you are a female (as you have not mentioned your gender as well and it seems difficult to recognise from your name), then the chances are very high of getting CSE branch in Nit KKR.
You can use the following link to predict the colleges based on your rank:

Good Luck!!!
Hello
Both the colleges are good for cse and give a great exposure.since both are nits so both have a good reputation. Both have seems same apparently.
The only difference is NIT kurukshetra is good in faculty and placement records than nit durgapur.
Feel free to ask
Good Luck...
Hello,
Hope you're doing well.
Both of these institutions are very prestigious and renowned. Electronics and communication engineering and computer science engineering are two very different streams, so, you'll have to choose wisely based on the scope, your interests etc. Both of these branches are known for placements. However, cse surpasses ece in some of the institutions. Between nit raipur, and nit Kurukshetra, i'll highlight some key points based on the differences between these two institutions:

Hello Aspirant,
According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you have higher chances of getting in to NIT Kurukshetra in branches like Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Production and Industrial Engineering as per previous year's cut-off. As cut-offs for this year is not declared yet so we can guide you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs.
For complete details about previous year's cut-offs refer the link given below :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-nit-kurukshetra
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors, so to get an idea we can use last year's cut-offs.
However I would recommend you to use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict the chances of your admission in different colleges based upon your percentile and category :-
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Hello aspirant ,
Hope you are doing well.
As per your question, both of the NITs have their good standards. So As per department wise we should compare their placement package through which we can select best of two.
1) NIT trichy:-
They offer an average CTC package of 6 to 7LPA and an international package offer of $125000.
2) NIT kurukshetra:-
They offer an average package if 8.25LPA and highest CTC package of 40LPA.
So as per their placement comparison NIT kurukshetra have better figure compared to NIT trichy. So you can choose NIT kurukshetra as far as I am concerned but you can choose as per your convenience too as both of the NITs are good.
Hope this information helps you out. Thank you.
Thanks for approaching us.
You can come here if you are comfortable with electrical branch. You’ll get a good atmosphere. Sometimes, you may feel that you are more busier than any other branch student as electrical students have to make so much practical files. But it’s alright ,you have many more options to explore yourself here if you’ll try them by yourself. No-one else is going to push you to do something. You have to do it yourself. In some labs you may not get the expected way of experiments being performed.Talking about faculty, it’s supportive and helpful.Coming to the placement, these are quite descent with an average package of 6–7 lacs. Overall, you can come here as we can’t get perfection anywhere. We have to do things by ourselves.
Overall if you are interested in this field so college is good.

Hello student,
It’s difficult to tell you the exact about your college and branch but as per the previous year cutoff as a EWS category the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs however you can try for state counseling in your own state or other states which offer seats to non-local students.
You can use our college predictor and predict the college you can apply to using the link below
I suggest you to go through the previous years cut off ranks through the given link
