NIT Bhopal- Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), also known as NIT Bhopal, was established in 1960 and is an Institute of National Importance. The Institute was founded to impart quality education in the field of Engineering. It has been ranked 65 for Engineering and 15 for Architecture by NIRF 2020 Rankings. The campus is huge and spread over 600 acres of land. Most of the teachers are best, qualified and well-knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Mostly PSU companies like BHEL, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Amazon, Wipro, Mahindra, Flipkart and some other core companies visit the campus for placements. Roles like mechatronics, vibration and automobile are offered to the students. Bajaj, Tata and more automobile companies visit the campus for placements. Packages offered are also satisfactory. The internship programme is also conducted by different companies. The highest salary package offered in Mech Engg. course is 24 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA. NITKKR - National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra, was established in 1963 and is an Institute of National Importance. It is one of the 31 NITs set up by the Government of India to provide students with best-in-class technical education. The Institute has been ranked 27 for Engineering by The Week 2020 and 40 for NITs by NIRF 2020. The college is spread over 300 acres of land. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, with a speed of 1-5mb/sec speed. They have almost all subject labs on the campus. Classrooms are air-conditioned and digital. NIT Kurukshetra is better than NIT Bhopal for Mechanical Engineering, as it provides better facilities compared to MANIT Bhopal, and placements too.

According to your query, in nit kurukshetra whether it is electrical or mechanical the placements are good. In case you dont get electrical you need not worry about anything ,you can freeze it peacefully.

You don't need to pay the fee of 4 years all at a once. Fees are deposited semester wise. No need to worry for that. NIT Kurukshetra is a reputed one. If you want to change the branch or get better NIT you can appear for JEE Main 2021.

NIT Kurukshetra is ranked 40th among engineering sector and 8th among all of the NITs by NIRF. According to ranking, it is a better campus than IIIT Nagpur.

But, while looking at the courses, ECE is more of a core branch than Industrial and production engineering and has higher scope and placements. So, the decision to choose between these two must be made by considering your personal skills and interest.

If you are more interested in electronic circuits and its applications, choose ECE. If your interest is in the field of production and marketing, join Industrial and production engineering.

Remember, if you are choosing a college which is the best and studying a course that you are not interested in, it will cause no good. If you are really passionate about the course, the college doesn't really matter.

NIT Warangal stands better than NIT Kurukshetra in the NIRF table. So, any of the core branches at NIT Warangal is a better aspect than NIT Kurukshetra. Hence, Mechanical Engineering at NIT Warangal will be a better option than IT at NIT Kurukshetra.

In terms of placement and other aspects as well, Mechanical at NIT Warangal is better suggested.
