Civil engineering is not in demand now days getting placement will be a hard job but in the case of CSE from IIIT will be a completely different thing. These three universities are really good ones. In terms of campus life, placements etc so on and so forth factors. But comparitively out of these three universities, NIT kurukshetra is the better one. Here are the factors to consider that:
Infrastructure and college life:
It has a wonderful infrastructure with well equipped labs and classrooms. Hostels are pretty decent and nice enviroment is always maintained. You can see that the campus life is going to be really well. College life is good with the right kind of atmosphere given to the students who come from different places.
F aculty and quality of education:
All the faculties are well qualified and experienced over here. And education, curriculum is made in such a way that students are made to acquire more hands on knowledge than just the theory. It is not just the books and classes. Focuses more on practical knowledge than the therotical one. Education quality and the way guidance is given is really good.
Placements:
Placements are really good as many good companies visit this college. Most of the students gets placed and opportunities of internship is provided to the students from wide range of companies.

With 3679 OBC NCL rank you may get seat in NIT but which nit and which branch you will have it is difficult to say. It depends upon cut off of nit colleges.

The placement record of NIT Kurukshetra for B. Tech. CSE Engineering is very good. Infact, for CSE stream, the placements are highest as compared to other streams. Last year, the highest package offered was around INR 40.63 LPA and the average package offered was around INR 8.24 LPA.

Analysing the previous year data, for 90 marks, you will get around 94-95 percentile. Assuming that you will get 94 percentile, your All India Rank will be 52140 approximately. No single room aren't available for btech students . UIET Chandigarh is the engineering department of Panjab University , so students are accommodated in any of the PU hostels in sector 14(main campus) or sector 25(South campus). Only PhD students in PU are eligible to get a single room .
