Nit kurukshetra have a better ranking and placed in higher place in compare to iiit pune.

Placement is better in nit kurukshetra. Average salary package offer in nit kurukshetra is 6 to 7 lakh per annum. While highest is 21 lakh per annum. Around 70 to 80%of student get placed every year. Top companies visiting are mahindra, eicher,maruti ,hero etc.

Metallurgical Engineering in general is a very good choice , but as far as IIT Patna is concerned it is a very new Insititute and secondly its Metallurgical Department is only a year old and lacks in experienced faculty, curriculum and research facilities as well as employer outlook.

As far as NIT Kurukshetra is concerned it is one of the best old technical institutes in North India for Mechanical Engineering next to IIT Delhi , IIT Roorkee and PEC Chandigarh. The institute has good infrastructure, faculty and research facilities. Located near Industrial hubs at Delhi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh and Noida further provides impetus to training and placement oppprtunities. Most of the Top Companies like Tata Motors, Honda, GE, Trident, Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, JSW, Vedanta recruit from the campus. Besides this, it provides in depth education at almost half the fee charged by BITS Hyderabad, so also provides good Return on Investment.

8374247510a , From some research on internet about both colleges I found that NIT Kurukshetra for Civil is better than IIIT Vadodara for CSE because of its better infrastructure, placement and all and fees is also less here. So go for NIT.

PEC Chandigarh: The PEC University of Technology (Punjab Engineering College of Technology) is one of the pioneering engineering colleges in Punjab. The Institute became Deemed University in 2003 through an MHRD notification and was renamed PEC University of Technology in 2009. There are nine academic departments and two centres of excellence.

• Faculty: The curriculum of the course is important and linked to the industry. Teachers are up-to - date with a lot of material and competent. The college not only promotes academic learning, it also promotes overall growth. Teachers in our department are also supportive.
• Infrastructure: Infrastructure and services are fantastic. Wi-Fi and the technology is good. Smartboards and air conditioners are mounted everywhere. It's pretty good.
• Placements: Electrical students are required to sit in almost any software and coding company, and these companies are MNCs, so studying for them will get you a high package and a good work. The presence of core companies is far less relevant. Top companies including Amazon, OYO, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs and many more visited here.
• Highest salary package INR 42 lakh offered by Microsoft, whereas average package is of about INR12-16 Lakh.

Hi aspirant, according to your question you should choose the branch first in the branch you want to be or take and it should be your choice that in which branch you have interest. If you have interest in CSE than you should definitely go with IIIT, Sonepat as it have the better placements and academics in comparision to other colleges you have mentioned in the question but if you have interest in core subjects and branches than you shoud opt NIT Kurushetra, DTU or NSUT. But overall IIIT sonepat have an edge over other colleges you have mentioned in the question. So you shold choose  wisely and carefully.

REASONS:

1. The environment is very competitive. Everyone wants to be the best but at the same time they r very helpful to others

NIT Bhopal- Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), also known as NIT Bhopal, was established in 1960 and is an Institute of National Importance.
