nit mca entrance test is known as nimcet.
the eligibility criteria is for nimcet exam is Candidates must have studied B.Sc. or B.Sc. (Hons) or BCA or B.E/ B.Tech of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects. so if you dont have mathematics or statistics in your graduation course then you are not eligible.

In my opinion Msc computer science is better than MCA. Msc is a 2 years course whereas MCA is a 3 years course. Many students opt for going for MCA after completing there BCA which make it 3+3 i.e. 6 years course in total.

You can apply for the exam as long as you have either of the two subjects i.e mathematics and statistics, so if you did not study mathematics in all semesters, you can apply if you did statistics in all semesters.

Yes you are eligible for NIMCET entrance exam,as per the nimcet eligibility criteria the minimum marks required in graduation is 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale for General/OBC and 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale for SC/ST candidates.While filling application form they ask for overall percentage in graduation and not for any specific subjects.
