Yes, you are eligible for NIMCET exam after diploma plus BCA because the eligibility critarea of NIMCET is having a graduate degree with minimum 60% marks in graduation. There is no problem if you have a diploma because there is no need of diploma in NIMCET.

To be eligible to apply for NIMCET a candidate must have passed B.Sc . / B.Sc. (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the subjects or B.E./ B.Tech from a recognized University. Candidates belonging to general and OBC category need to score minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10 point scale. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category need to score minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale. You are not eligible to apply for NIMCET as you haven't studied any of the above mentioned courses.
