The NIMCET brochure says, "In the application form, the applicant should fill all the relevant personal and academic information (fields marked “Mandator” should not be ignored)"

So, you need to fill them only if they are marked mandatory.

NIMCET Eligibility Criteria 2018. They should be graduation degree holders (BCA/B.Sc (Hons.)/B.Sc/BIT) as per 10+2+3 pattern from a recognised university. Candidates must have studied Mathematics or Statistics or equivalent subject during graduation.

In order to prepare for NIMCET you should be aware of the complete syllabus and exam pattern. 

Refer previous year papers to get the idea about the type and level of the exam.

There is no stated Age limit to be elligible for the exam.

NIMCET Cut Off 2018 will be released by the exam conducting authority, i.e. NIT. The cut off is the minimum marks which candidates have to obtain to get admission into MCA course.

Yes, you have to provide marks for both the semesters, but not all the subjects only the aggregate marks. Like this fill marks for all the semesters.

You need to get a provisional letter from the head of your institute stating the requirement. You can provide that letter during counselling.
