NIT Meghalaya is also a good option if you can get a CSE branch there, since it is the more experienced college of these three. Else IIIT-Kalyai is always a nice choice. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced.
