Hi aspirant,
With 95 percentile in JEE Main your Common Rank list (CRL) rank would be around 53000 approximately. And the corresponding OBC category rank would be around 12000 .
The last year closing rank of seventh round of Counselling for Mechanical engineering under home state quota for female in NIT patna was nearly15000. Your rank is less than this. Therefore you will get Mechanical engineering in NIT Patna.

Abhishek, in 2019 under State Quota, an All India Rank of 4531 secured a seat in CSE under OBC Category. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. For a seat in NIT Patna under OBC Category, you will need atleast 240 and above. Now this is based on previous years data. But 240 and above will put you in a decent place.
