For your 86 percentile in jee mains your general rank will be around 150000. And obc rank around 45000. For this rank you won't be able to get any seat in either NIT patna or in any other NITs.  You can look for other entrances and private colleges.

To secure seats in NIT PATNA,your rank should be under 26k under general category and home state quota.With this percentile your rank will be around 52k under general category.Also considering female reservation in NITs won't fetch you seats in NIT.For sureity wait till NTA announce rank

I really appreciate your hard work but 60 marks is very low to get admission in NIT but you might get admission in NIT Patna as you have the advantage of Home state quota. Never lose hope.
