Yes it is possible for you to get admissions at NIT patna in state quota.

I doubt you may not get a seat in NIT Patna because according to 2017 stats NIT Patna had a cut-off range from 3.5k to 8.4k for OBC HOME STATE category. This range considers all the branches that NIT Patna provides.
