Firstly, it depends on the branch you want. If you don't want to pursue anything but information sciences you'd have to go to ITGGU. I'd recommend NIT Raipur over ITGGU because of the better exposure and the NIT tag as well. Ofcourse both colleges are really good but if you aren't interested in biomedical sciences NIT wouldn't be the right choice for you.
