With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good
Yes you will get seat in NIT, Rourkela with OBC rank 25730 in Bio Medical, Bio Technology, ceramic , civil, Food processing, Mining,Industrail Engineering Branch. Wait till the last round for any better branch.
