Well firslty its tottaly depend on you that in which one you want to go. As my point of view NIT SILCHARis better than nit raipur, because campus wise look SILCHAR is more beautiful in infrastructure. Also it will provide you more placement apportunites.

I think that you have to go for NIT because as we know NIT is one of the top colleges of india.it has very good infrastructure, buildings, library, teaching staff is experienced.it has very good placement also.so, you have to go for it.
