According to the previous year cutoffs the last rank getting admission in CSE IIT Hyderabad had secured a mark 256 in the Jee main while the Cutoff for NIT Trichy is as given below

Both the branches are equally good but as per my opinion B.Arch is now growing and need of highly good architect is needed nowadays. So if your jee paper 2 was quite good for nit trichy go for it.
