Well UPSC aspirants study for 8 hours a day,

If you think that you are a quick learner and can grasp everything in short period of time so yeah you can.

Also I want to add one point
UPSC is the second toughest exam to crack, not because of number of questions but because huge number of students apply for this exam. So competition gots tough.

So if you have interest in UPSC, so you can apply for it.

How many marks I want to get if I wanted a seat in nit Tiruchirapalli

NIT Trichy is one of the top NITs so you will have to secure a good rank in Jee Mains. Considering general category, 250+ score is enough to admit in NIT Trichy. For OBC students, There is slightly less score to need like 230+ and 180–190+ score need for SC, ST students. It may be vary depending on question paper and cutoff rank. And of course, you will get some advantage for being home state quota.

Which one is best dtu or nit trichy???? And why???

Hello,
In my opinion NIT TRICHY is the best one because it is one of the topmost NITs which is preferred mostly by students due to it's academics and placements.But DTU is also best on the other hand and it offers good facilities too.
But NITT is best according to me.
