It is suggested that you put it on the top in preference while filling the counselling form. First of all congratulations if you are getting this much marks then your expected percentile will be in range of 99.0 - 99.2 and at this percentile your rank can lie from 7k - 10k in CRL and 1.5k - 3k in OBC-NCL category.

Now talking about which NIT you can get so you will not be able to get ECE in NIT Tirichy as it requires more than 99.6 percentile to get that but you have chance of getting ECE in Warangal as you belong to Andhra Pradesh and you it has reserved seat for Andhra Pradesh students. In other NITs that you have mentioned in your query you have chances of getting ECE but you have to wait till last round for NIT Rourkela and Surthakal as they are top ranked colleges in other you have fair chances of getting ECE.

Now talking about IIIT Hyderabad, it is one of the best private college in India but for this you should have 2k rank in CRL and also 99.76 percentile as per privious year cutoff so it is extremely difficult for you get IIIT Hyderabad. In IIIT Bangalore privious year cutoff for integrated B Tech+M Tech in ECE rank was 10k CRL. So, here you have chance to get a seat.

It is difficult to make you know that with this score in jee mains its impossible for you to get admission into any prestigious organization of engineering like nits or iits with cse and even your choice is computer science with top nits and iits as they need high score to get admission so even with your obc quota you cannot get cse branch . But you can get other branch in them so get admitted and try to change your branch in first year.

it depends on demand. even NIT trichy is one of the top NIT campus but it may not be for CSE. it can be for other branch like EEE,ECE , ETC, ME ..etc.

branch demand varies by location. at IIT campus, even civil and mechanical engineering is in demand when the very same branch is overlooked in private college just because it doesn't have future scope.

Scope is given by college campus and students earn it by skills. That all it matters.
