Your JEE mains score should be atleast 95 percentile for any branch in general. for OBC, it can be upto 92 percentile.
This will make a rank of about 1lakh at the maximum.
So you can aim for 160/360 marks at the minimum.

NIT Trichy is one of the top and prestigious institutes in india. It is much more better than many iits in India (excluding top 5 iits in India).
First of all to get into nit Trichy u have to secure rank of a below 10000 or above 99 percentile.
