both are good colleges but if you go through the placements wise NIT Warangal is the good college with nice placements..About 80% of the candidates gets placed everywhere...Regarding Mechanical it is excellent for placements

NIT warangal(nirf rank 23) is ranked higher in nirf ranking than mnnit allahabad(42) so you may have an inclination towards nit warangal but mind that nirf ranking does not tell the full story you should keep in mind that mnnit allahabad has highest average package among all nits also in

If you were to take my opinion I think nit Warangal civil will be a better choice than iiest shibpur or cbit ai because first of all you will get a tag of a nit. Apart from this nit Warangal is one of top three nits in india.

If we talk from placement point of view, nit Warangal mechanical has better placements than iit Gandhinagar mechanical. Going to iit Gandhinagar will give you a iitian tag but certainly nit Warangal mechanical is a better option.
