Sorry to say but you have almost no chances of getting a seat in any of the branches of NIT Warangal. According to previous year cutoffs the lowest cutoff surrounds around 10k for OBC category and 30k for general category.

Definitely NIT Warangal Civil. See, firstly Civil Engineering is a core branch also, NIT Warangal is far better than NIT Raipur. And Whatever you may study in NIT Raipur be it CSE, ECE, EE, Mechanical, all are equivalent. Unless you do not have a special inclination towards ECE, go
