4. NLU, Kochi

Your chances in any of the NLUs on any list is negligible. You can try in the lower NLUs through vacancies though. But even there the chances can't be certain.

With the rank you're mentioning I'm afraid you have less chances of getting into an NLU if you fall in OBC category even with a state domicile. But you can definitely look out for other good colleges like
