Even with all the fuss created about with the huge inflation in marks, so many people scoring above 120+ and people having attempted the whole paper of 200 questions it still seems probable that you have chances in NLU Shimla and NLU Jabalpur.
You see most people are confident of getting into top law colleges and when they don't, they start the vicious cycle of dropping years, taking so many attempts and much more. And hence there are many seats vacant in NLUs even after the counselling is over. If you have scored fair enough marks and crossed the cutoff, they will definitely shortlist you.

hiii dear!!!! 138 is a very good marks to obtain in clat which can assure you a seat in in top 5 of the nlus. in 2017, the cut off for nlu bangalore was 139.75, nlu hyderabad had 132.5 and other nlus had a cut off less than 130. but since many students have reviewd that his year the question paper was a bit easier, so the cut off may get high and if it comes true then with this score you mat get top 7-9 nlus.

Based on the previous years cutoff analysis Iam sorry to say that with this score it is very difficult for you to get admitted to any of the NLU's.I would suggest you to prepare well and give the exam again next year if you only want NLU's or else if you are ok with other colleges you can check which college you can get admitted to with this marks using the link given below:
