National Law University, Cuttack
With 110 your rank will be somewhere below 1600, so in general category chances are a little less that you'll get NLU Jabalpur even with the state domicile. But you should have high hopes because ultimately your rank depends on how others perform. So you may have a chance also if few people are there from your state. But you have a high chance of getting some good private colleges like Jindal Global law school or Nirma University.
All the best
With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 3900-4700 in general category and considering the closing ranks and number of seats available in different NLUs, chances are a little less that you'll get them but you can surely look for other equally good colleges like IPUs and private colleges like Nirma University or Jindal Global law school.
Hi Amisha,
Since this year the paper was easy, with a score of 110 your rank may be in the range of 4000-6000 and accordingly you may get admission into TNLU in Vacancy and NLU Vizag in the case of vacancy. The newly instititued NLUs will also come up with their own cut off therefore you have a strong chance of making it to the New NLUs that have come up in the recent years. You may also through the cut off for the year 2016 since in 2016 also the paper was easy and cut offs were high.

With 104.5 marks, your predicted rank is 1k-2k in the general merit list. Your marks are qualifiable to get into DNLU Jabalpur and HPNLU Shimla in the 1st cutoff. But keeping in mind the difficulty level of this year's paper and that this prediction is solely based on previous years' trends, the cutoff trend might see a change. You can check your rank here:

Hi Tejaswi,
See it's not always that if topper has more marks so u l not get a seat in college. During counselling there are many students who back out or fill different choices.
Thus you must always attend the counselling and hope for the best.
Your score is not that bad that u will not get amy NLU, of course u may get NLU.
And for your idea about dropping see you must always attend counselling and then take further decisions. If you really want to go for NLU and somehow do not get seat then u may drop and go for it next year.
GOOD LUCK
