Though the closing rank for SC candidates in NLUs Shimla and Jabalpur is approximately 8000 but considering the seats chances are very less that you'll get into those colleges. Clat give reservation to kashmiri migrant candidates and Jammu and Kashmir residents. Since you belong from j&k residents there is chance. Wait till the official cutoff list is declared.
There are the following NLUs have reservation for Jammu and Kashmir residents and ward of Kashmir migrants:
1. HNLU
2.GNLU
3.RGNLU
4.RMLNLU
5.NUSRL
The no. of seats varies in all of them but the average no. of seats is 2-5 . Except these there are no other NLUs which provides reservation for J&K students.
