I scored 102 marks in clat 2019 and I am from sc category. ...can I got admission to nlu jodhpur or nliu bhopal or nlu gandhinagar???

Anam Khan 31st May, 2019

Dear Aspirant,

First of all congratulations on scoring such a decent score in CLAT 2019, and after analysing this year’s CLAT 2019 exam it can be said that the paper was quite easy this year and one can expect cut-offs to go high this year; but as you’ve scored quite decent and being from SC Category you’ve the advantage and might be able to crack in one of the NLUs.

The expected cut-offs for SC category for this year CLAT is expected to be around 120-122 for the NLSIU, Bengaluru, and for the specific college which you’ve asked expected cut-off for SC category can go around 80-81 for GNLU, Gandhinagar, around 85-87 for NLU, Jodhpur and around 107-109 for NLIU, Bhopal.

I hope this information was useful to you and now according you can set your expectations for NLUs.

Thank you and I wish you good luck for your future.

As per the answer key, I am scoring 128.5 . I am a female from general category from Delhi. Please suggest NLU options.

Anam Khan 31st May, 2019

Dear Aspirant,

After analysing this year’s CLAT 2019 paper it can be said that this year’s paper was quite easy and therefore one can expect cut-offs to go high this year. An individual can expect cut-off to be around 155-160 mark for top National Law Schools (NLUs) and for lower NLUs it can go around 130-135. So now you can accordingly set your expectations for NLUs.

Good Luck!!

Getting score of 112-115 can I expect to get place in cnlu or any lower nlu being a general

Muskan Shukla 31st May, 2019

Hi candidate! As per the previous trends, to get a seat in nlu for general category one should have to score between 130-150.And it is expecting the cutoff for this year is same as previous year. But you have a little chance to get a seat in lower nlu. And the cutoff may vary. So just wait for the results. And Don't lose hope.

Thanks.

I got a score of 135.25 marks in clat 2019? which nlus can i expect?

Naina Das 31st May, 2019

Dear aspirate

Firstly congrats for such a good score in clat. Analysing  last years cut off you can expect the Best Nlu of India that is NLSIU  Bangalore or  take admission in any of the NLUs you want. As last year it's cut off was 135.5 so if you are a general candidate in 2nd or 3rd round you may get it.

But if you are sc/st candidate you'll surely get nlsiu in first round itself.

Good luck !

I have scored 79.5 marks in clat 2019. Obc category, up state domicile, what are the chances of getting admission into any nlu?

Aditi Choubey 31st May, 2019
Hello
Depending upon the previous years cut off trends obc as gone as low as 99 so a score of 79.5 is tough to get admission into a national law university.
You can apply for colleges that accept clat score for admission as your plan B.
I hope this helps you and if you have any more questions please drop a comment below.
Best of luck.

Sir,i am expecting a score of 94, I am a bihar domicile, obc, femail, do I have any chances in nlu chankaya

Sampriti Gupta Student Expert 31st May, 2019

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 4000-5000 in OBC category and having Bihar state domicile you have chances of getting into CNLU, Patna. Even if you consider the number of seats there you have chances of getting through but if you can't make it to the college do check out for other NLUs as you have a pretty decent score.

All the very best

Hello, my son is expected to get 87 marks. Will he get NLU Ranchi with domicile certificate?

Muskaan 31st May, 2019

CLAT Cut Off for NUSRL Ranchi is around 3,000 for general domicile candidates, last year. With a score of 87, your son's probable rank will be 4,806 - 6,006.  Based on this rank and the previous year cut-offs, your son will not be able to get admission in NUSRL Ranchi.
