I got 60.5 in clat I am from sc Can i get nlu Jabalpur It is my 1 st preference

Rishie Chandan 30th May, 2019

Dear VAGISH KUMAR,

Since you are from SC category, you have some reservation. The cutoff mark for SC category in Jabalpur NLU was 44.75. So, I think you can safely expect to get into the Jabalpur NLU.

Hope my answer helped, don't hesitate to ask further doubts.

Sir i have my expected clat score 95 on the basis of provisional answer key can i hope for NLU TELL ME ABOUT WHICH NLU I CAN EXPECT

Aditi Choubey 30th May, 2019
Hello
A score of 95 under general category is tough to get I to a nation law university. The cut off for this year is expected to be high because the paper was pretty easy as compared to previous year. So you can apply for colleges that accept clat score for admission Ike upes dehradun as your plan B.
I hope this helps you and if you any more questions please drop a comment a below.
Thank you and best of luck .

My daughter got 96.5 marks in clat is there any chance of getting admission in nlu

Sampoorna Kashyap 30th May, 2019

Assuming you're from general category, with 96.5 marks, your predicted rank is in between 2k-3k in the general merit list. Your marks are low to be considered in the top NLUs in the country as per previous years' trends till the 1st cutoff. But keeping in mind the difficulty level of this year's paper, the cutoff trend might see a change. You can check your rank here:

I got 134 marks in clat 2019. Can i get gujrat national law university ?

Shweta Ray 30th May, 2019
Hi Janis!

Congratulations on a brilliant score. The cutoff for the top 3 NLUs will range around 160+. NLU, Gujarat being in the next three NLUs , the cutoff would hover around 135 to 140+. It all depends on how most candidates have attempted the paper.

However you are on the safer side and it seems likely that you will very much get through, if not in the first then surely in the subsequent ones. If you hold Gujarat domicile you might even make it in the first list.

A very good luck. Believe in the best for yourself. Happy to help.

Hi i have got 100 marks in clat 2019 . I lie in gen category and have state domicile of jharkhand. What are the possible nlu?

Souparni Student Expert 30th May, 2019

Hello Vagisha,

According to the rank predictor tool, your estimated rank comes in between 2,097-2,797.

Now since you have a state domicile of Jharkhand, you might get an advantage in National University of Study and Research in Law (Ranchi). According to the previous year cutoff, the first cutoff had a score of 110.5 with a rank of 1050 and the closing cutoff was a score of 97 with a rank of 2600.

Now, according to your expected score and predicted rank, along with your domicile, you might stand a chance in the above-mentioned institution.

Other than that, Maharastra National Law University(MNLU) of Nagpur and Aurangabad have both closing score and rank cutoffs at 90 and 4000 respectively.

So you might stand a fair chance in these institutions.

All the Best!

My marks in clat 2019 is 120? Which nlu I can get?

Rishie Chandan 30th May, 2019

Dear Harsh Shrivastav,

Since you haven't mentioned your category, I assumed you belong to the general category. Based on the rank predictor of Careers360, your rank could be anywhere between 327 and 627. Except for NLSIU Bangalore, NALSAR Hyderabad, and WBNUJS  you can expect to get into any other NLU you want. And if you belong to OBC or SC or ST, you might into the above-mentioned colleges also. All the best.

Hope my answer helped.

My score is 50 in clat can i get nirima university or any nlu by nri quota

Muskan Shukla 30th May, 2019

Hi candidate! Your chance for a seat in nlu is very low according to your rank. As per the previous trends, You have to score 130-150 marks to get any nlu if you are of general category. And for Nirmal college one have to score 55% marks of the qualifying exam for general category and for reserved category it will be 50%.

Hope it helps.

Thanks.
