You haven't mentioned your category. Assuming UR, I am informing you on that perspective.

It is quite difficult to get into NLUs at your marks range, i guess your rank would be somewhere between 10,500 - 11,500 . At this rank and marks, it is quite difficult to get into a NLU for general category.

However, you can apply for private institutions as for CLAT 2020.

The counselling is done in five rounds. You can wait for the consecutive rounds, they will inform you by SMS/Mail if your application is being considered.

According to institute wise clat cutoff -2019 the chances were low for the general category candidates  the opening and closing ranks were far with the rank you have got. Whereas with the other category students the probability is how you can check in the following link

I am sorry but under this range it would not be possible to get NLUs even in the last round of counselling with the UR category.

You can apply for the private law colleges in the country which accept CLAT scores namely:

As per your query, i want you to know that only some NLUs in India offer domicile for OBC category.

However, for NLU in Patna ie, CNLU Patna, it does not offer domicile/reservation for OBC Category. Also under general category having state quota, you can expect your shortlisting but chances are quite low as your rank is little high.

Hello aspirant, considering the technical difficulties faced by every aspirant this year in CLAT, your general rank is not all that good enough to help you secure a seat in an NLU. Your general rank however, can help you in that matter.

From here on, you should pay attention in filling out the preference form and be very diligent about it. Don't rely on your domicile as there is no NLU in UP as of now and it would not be considered elsewhere.
