sir i have score 136/200 in clat .is there any vaccancy in any nlu for BA.LLB

Sanchari Paul 6th Aug, 2019

Hello,

NLU cutoffs are generally very high, there is competition all across India and there are ample number of applicants. On the basis of your marks you practically have no chances for getting your seat alloted in NLUs for BA.LLB course.Even if there are vacancies you may not get a chance, try for the private collegea where you have a bit better chances than NLUs.

Thank you.

The dates for the spot round will be announced by Jadavpur University. Keep the dates in mind as you have to be present there on the particular date announced. The students will be called rank wise and will be allowed to change their department in accordance to the vacancy left. You should carry the money receipt and a few passport size photographs with you for the spot round. At the begining, the students  who have ranked from rank 1–500 will be called and then the rest rank i.e. from 500 to 1000 will be called.

I have to prepare for judiciary so should I go for nlu ranchi Or vips??

Shreya Singh Student Expert 29th Jul, 2019

Hello,

Both are well . You can go for any one of these as per your convenience.

NLU RANCHI:Placements : It's relatively a new college, and only a few batches have passed out. If we talk about numbers, almost 60% of the students got placed mostly in tier-3 firms. This college has an average placement, and it is expected to increase as new batches pass out. Also, the alumni base is increasing.

VIPS: Placements : The students get placed in some of the top firms or under some experienced advocates or clear the judicial services exams. Some of the top firms like Larsen and toubro, vanish associates, luthra and luthra, Chitley and Chitley.

Should I go for nlu ranchi Or ipu college vips?????

Deepshikha Student Expert 28th Jul, 2019
Hey,
It is entirely your calling. Both NLU Ranchi and IPU College VIPS are good at their respective places. Both of these colleges have got good infrastructure. Both of these have got good team of faculty members. The ambience is good where you can learn and grow. It all depends upon you as to how you make use of the resources being provided to you. If you work hard, you can make your way through all odds. And when it comes to placements,it depends on your personal calibre.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
