Look, the total number of all India seats in NLUs is around 1400 excluding reserved seats, you should aim for those seats and not worry about your score if you have a good rank.

According to your rank you don't seem to have any chance for admission in NLU Jodhpur as it's cut off for OBC category is also very high, being one the the top NLUs. Chances for Admission in lower NLUs is also very less as per the Careers 360

As per your rank, it seems difficult to get admission in any NLU's but you can always go for private colleges.
There is nothing like All India obc Rank, either it will be All India Rank or OBC Rank. To get admission in NLU's you need to know your All India Rank.
