With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 11000-13000 in SC category and considering the closing ranks for these colleges chances are bleak that you'll get them. Moreover the number of seats also matter. But you can surely look out for other good colleges as your scores

With marks of 98.75, you will get rank between 2,100 and 2,800. When compared to previous year cut-offs, you have chances to get into NLUs of Cuttack and New Delhi. But still this is just prediction and does not give you a strong statement that you will surely get
