As per your question you need to look at the The CLAT guidelines that clearly mention that the Candidates who are apprearing in the qualifying exams (Board exams) in 2019

To apply for CLAT Entrance Exam you should have 45% in class 12th  as a General Category. The admission in NLUs is purely based on CLAT Entrance Exam.
