Yes,  you can definitely get into one of the top 7 NLU with the rank that you have attained. You may get a call from Rajiv Gandhi National Law University and even Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University. Keep an eye on the vacant list notifications also ok case you don't get into these NLUs during the counseling round.

Your rank is good and I don't think dropping one more year would be a good idea. You have a real good chance to make it to ; 

1. National University of Advance Legal Studies,  Kochi. 

2. NLU,  Assam

3. NLU,  Nagpur 

You can even get into main campus of IP university and VIPS both these colleges are really good.

No,  Hyderabad would be very difficult since it ends at around 200-200. You can get into Gujarat National Law University for sure. Apart from GNLU you stand a real good Chance to make it to Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University,  Lucknow and RGNLU,  Patiala as well.

Your chances of making it to NLU depends upon your category rank. If 14581 is your category rank then you don't stand a chance to get into any of the National Law University,  However if your rank is less than 5000 then you have a chance to get into the lower ranked NLUs and the newly established NLUs; Jabalpur and Sonipat.

Yes,  you do have a good chance of making it to one of the NLU. Since you are a domicile of Uttar Pradesh you have a good chance of making it to RMLNLU.  Keep an eye on the notifications for Vacant lists of RMLNLU.  Apart from that you can surely get into ;

No,  you will not be able to get into any of the NLU given the rank that you have attained is on a very higher side. You may get into one of the following college of IP University;
