The cutoff for CLAT is determined by the difficulty level of exam,number of candidates appearing for the exam,number of seats available,etc.This year the CLAT cutoffs are predicted to be higher than past year.

With the rank you have secured you have quite good chances for WBNUJS,NALSAR Hyderabad, NLU Jodhpur for admission in the SC category of rank cutoffs.Also apply for the other NLUs and private colleges.

I got 98.75 in CLAT 2019. I am getting dnlu Jabalpur. Will I get Nlu Bhopal in second list ? I belong to sc category and a domicile of MP.

Since you hv domicile advantage you might get nlu Bhopal by the next cutoffs.
And as you mentioned you hv economics from as your backup plan. I will like to inform you it's one of most sort after course and usually HV high cutoffs.
