National Law University, New Delhi
Hi Candidate! Sorry to inform you that your marks are very low. In this marks you cannot get a seat in any of the NLU. For good NLU one must have to score between 130-150 for general category to get a seat in NLU. Don't decrease your moral. You prepare for the next year if you want to.
Hope best for your future!
Thanks.
Hi dear,
Hope you are doing well!
Now let's go through your question.
As you will be knowing that CLAT cutoff will be basically the minimum score/rank at which aspirants will be offered admission in different colleges accepting CLAT scores/ranks.

Hey Vikash!
The CLAT results are out now and as you must have observed, the cutoffs this year have been exceptionally high. I do not want to give you false hopes and hence, I have to say that with your score and rank, it is nearly impossible for you to get an NLU as of now. There are just not that many seats in NLUs even for SC category. You can try for some of the vacant seats which would be vacant after the third allotment list. But chances are that there won't be many vacant seats left even in the lower NLUs this year because the competition has been so tough that most candidates would end up locking whatever seat they get.
You can still wait till the third allotment list and see for yourself. Do keep an eye on the websites of the NLUs which tend to have vacant seats like NLU Shimla and NLU Assam. If you are not able to make it to an NLU even through the vacant seats, then you have two options - either go for a private college or work hard and sit for CLAT again and make it to an NLU. The choice is yours. Do what you think is best for you.
All the very best. Hope it helps.
