                 Congratulations o your CLAT score. You do have a good chance to get into certain NLUs with your rank. I am not so sure about your PWD rank allotments. But based on your SC rank you can try the following colleges:

Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai

Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur

DSNLU 

You can very well try for more NLUs. You will most probably get one. Good luck!!!

With your rank you have got decent chances for admission in the NLUs.Now it depends that upto how much the cutoffs fall for the last round.And also assuming that you are from the general category you need to wait for the last round of the cutoffs,as this year the cutoffs will be higher.

Let me tell you that with your CLAT rank of 21303 NLU is not possible at all.But your SC cateogry rank will definitely help you to get admission the NLUs.You may have to wait for the second round but you hold high chances.Though this time the cutoffs for the reserved cateogry candidates may also be a bit high as compared to the last year.Don't worry you have a great SC category rank for admission in the NLUs.

First of all congrats for securing 2k rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 2.5k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very high chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling is all yours :)

I am assuming you a general candidate (for reserved category it will be much easier) As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 NLUs Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last round for getting top colleges .
