Different states have different cutoff. You have not mentioned your state and also your category. But it is obivious if you are general than you have low chances for qualifying stage 2, for any state across India. You score is not enough. But wait for your result .

No, the qualifying marks and cut off marks for NTSE are not same.
NTSE is counducted in two stages, Stage 1 is conducted by State/UTs while Stage 2 is national level conducted by NCERT. The papers are namely,SAT and MAT.
