you have to score more than the cutoff. Try to improve your performance. solve lots of question numerous times and repeat them again and again until you either  understand it or remember it. in any way you have to increase your performance to qualify in the original exam. this

Hello Punit, you have not mentioned in which category you are. But with this marks it is quite difficult for you to get selected for next stage of you are in general / OBC / SC category. But if you are win ST category then it has possibility for you

general Category  130-145
OBC     120-130
ST      115-125
ST       87-98

As per this cut offs you will be eligible for next round.

as per the last years cutoff you have moderate chances. but cutoff is liable to change year to year. it can either increase or decrease. there are certain factors on which cutoff score depends like number of participants, seat matrix, your category, questions difficulty level etc.
