NTSE Cutoff depends on various factors such as:

Total number of students appeared for the exam
Available state-level quota
Maximum marks scored by a Student
Lowest marks of a Student
Reservation criteria
The difficulty level of exam

According to the previous year cutoff, you might have chances to qualify the stage 1 exam.
