PH1- Orthopedic
PH2- Hearing Impaired

Firstly, the NTSE eligibility criteria must be completely understood before applying for the NTSE exam. You must be know that the eligibility criteria for both stage 1 and stage 2 are different. The NTSE eligibility criteria in details for both the stages are as follows:

You are surely eligible for NTSE in OBC category, as long as you have the certificate for the same. NTSE guidelines has not stated that the student should have a certificate issued from the same state they are studying in. Hope this helps. All the best!
