• Candidates must be an Indian national.
• Candidates must be studying in class 10 in a recognized private or government school in India.

No the application form for NTSE stage 1 has not been released tilll now in Haryana. SCERT, Haryana will release the application soon but official dates are yet to be announced. The overview of examination is given below:

Unfortunately, 1st year studnets of engineering are not eligible for NTSE. Studnets studying in class 10th are eligible for appearing in NTSE stage 1. Sainik Schools studnets,  Navodya Vidyalaya, Kendriya Vidyalaya studnets can apply for NTSE from the state where school is situated. There will be no domicile
