Unfortunately, 1st year studnets of engineering are not eligible for NTSE. Studnets studying in class 10th are eligible for appearing in NTSE stage 1. Sainik Schools studnets,  Navodya Vidyalaya, Kendriya Vidyalaya studnets can apply for NTSE from the state where school is situated. There will be no domicile

It is expected that the registration will start in the second week of November 2021. And the last week of registration will be in the December 2021. NTSE Maharashtra admit card will be released in January 2022. End stage 1 exam date it will be in same January

Hi, there is no special cut-off or advantages for OBC. NTSE has categories for open, SC, ST and person with disability. So, you will have to give exam as a open category candidate and not with an OBC candidate. Hope this helps.
