2018-19 application form for NTSE is available only for Tripura as of now. The other states will be releasing the admission form soon, likely in the first week of August. The application form has to be submitted after being certified by your school's principal to your state's liaison

To apply for NTSE Stage 1 Maharashtra, you have to fill the application form, which will be released in the first week of August 2018. Candidates can download the form from the official website, fill the form and submit it to their school or the State liaison officer

If your school does not register for NTSE, you can download the NTSE application online from the official website or get the hard copy from the Liaison officer of your state. You can obtain the form online but will have to submit it offline only to the liaison

Only students who are studying in class 10 are eligible to appear for NTSE exam. As you have already passed class 10, you can't sit for NTSE.

NTSE examinations are conducted for students pursuing their studies in class 10 and yet to appear in class 10 boards. Therefore, NTSE examination can only be given once while one is in class 10.
