You are not required to apply for NTSE stage 2 exam 2018 as NTSE application 2018 is a one-step application process.
NTSE stage 2 exam will be conducted on 13th May 2018.

Only 10th standard students are eligible for NTSE as you are in 11th so you can apply for KVPY if you have PCM/PCB.

Candidates must have cleared both the stages as stage 1 qualified candidates wont get any scholarship if they are fail in stage 2. Also, stage 2 exam is on May 13th.
