Ntse eligibility criteria for stage 1 i.e state level:
Students studying in class 10th from recognised boards can be eligible for the exam .
Some state also set 9th marks as a eligibility criteria and it is different in different states
For General category it is in between 50

To register for Ntse, firstly you have fill the application form offline after downloading it from official website.
Then you should solve mock tests before going for exam. Upon successful registration, candidates will be able to avail the admit card

NTSE Application forms are accepted at state level by respective exam conducting authority in online as well as offline mode, in some cases students can submit the form directly while in others it's done through the school, if you wish to fill the form in online mode, for this

Exam date of NTSE stage 2 paper has been postponed due to this covid 19 situation. And the new date has not been announced yet . Earlier this exam was scheduled to be conducted on may 10 .

NTSE 2021 Stage 1 exams will tentatively be held in offline mode in November 2020 while stage 2 will take place in May 2021. Stage 1 will be held at the state level while the stage 2 NTSE exam 2021 will be conducted at the national level.
Yes it is possible to submit form with phone but the phone should have a scan copy of your documents to be upload. But it will be more convenient to fill it up with laptop . And regarding website please tell us in detail , what you are looking
Sorry to say but you are not eligible for NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) according to 2020 eligibility criteria if you have scored 58% as the minimum percentile required is 60%. You can try for other exams.
